Challenging a landmark revival.

The main challenge we faced on the project for SEMPRE was to define a new digital identity for a brand that had enjoyed an established offline presence for over fifteen years. SEMPRE was looking for a way to refresh their branding and improve their online presence, which required a major transformation of their existing eCommerce. This platform, built on off-the-shelf solutions, no longer met modern standards or expectations of the brand’s customers, especially in terms of user interaction and shopping experience.

We were able to solve all the conundrums posed by the client, successfully delivering SEMPRE’s digital transformation. Thanks to our efforts, the brand can now enjoy a modern e-Commerce experience that not only meets the highest user standards, but also reflects the unique character and vision of SEMPRE. Redefining an icon with unchanging DNA

For SEMPRE, we created new branding with great care, retaining a key element of the brand’s identity – its name, which is already firmly established in the minds of consumers. We focused on developing a sigil that would combine ease of remembering, legibility and direct identification with the best practices of global brands.

We were guided by the idea of creating a symbol that was not only recognisable, but also reflected SEMPRE’s values and aspirations. Our efforts were aimed at reinforcing SEMPRE’s image as a brand with solid foundations, which at the same time is ready for new challenges in the dynamically changing world of fashion.

Digital fashion defining the future of eCommerce.

SEMPRE’s new online shop is the culmination of our collaboration, combining advanced technological solutions with a sleek design that meets the needs of modern consumers. Already at the outset, users are greeted with a clear division into the main categories: clothing and footwear, making navigation easier and improving the shopping experience. Thanks to the functional categorisation of menus and advanced filtering with parameters, integrated with Baselinker, a seamless shopping experience and personalisation of the offer is ensured.

Every element of the site has been designed with the user in mind – from intuitive product descriptions, to global sizing tables, to modern product listings that focus attention and encourage further exploration. Extensive product cards offer rich information and visuals, allowing the user to fully explore the product before purchase.

Additionally, with a global reach in mind, the site has been developed in multilingual and multi-currency versions, supporting global shipping and a variety of payment options, reinforcing SEMPRE’s position as an international player in the fashion industry.

Technically, the site is based on clean WordPress code using WooCommerce and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), ensuring a high level of security and reliability while separating the frontend from the backend. The personalised content management system (CMS) is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, enabling easy and quick management of the site’s content.

In addition, our holistic partnership with SEMPRE includes marketing and technical support, including the management of the BaseLinker system, allowing us to effectively combine our online strategy with logistics operations, ensuring continuous optimisation and growth in the rapidly changing world of e-commerce.

Expanded strategy.

In our approach to advertising campaigns for SEMPRE, we focused on using the full potential of Google Ads and Meta Ads to offer the brand extensive opportunities to reach new as well as regular customers. Developing a remarketing strategy, including Google product cards, allowed us to create personalised purchase paths for users with high conversion potential. As a result, SEMPRE is able to communicate more effectively with people who have already shown interest in an offer, presenting them with precisely targeted ads that respond to their individual preferences and online behaviour.

In addition, our strategy includes intensive lead management to build and maintain relationships with loyal customers. By implementing targeted product campaigns and interest-based initiatives, we have been able to create a consistent brand experience across digital channels. This comprehensive management of advertising campaigns has not only significantly increased SEMPRE’s online visibility, but has also contributed to increased sales, underlining the effectiveness of a well-planned and executed marketing strategy in the e-Commerce world.
