A new era of e-commerce for SEMPRE.

The brand SEMPRE, well-established in the offline market for more than 15 years, faced the challenge of digital transformation. It needed a comprehensive refresh of its e-Commerce, which would not only meet modern shopping standards, but also strengthen its prestige. The existing platform did not meet customer expectations – it lacked modern features, UX optimization and effective sales mechanisms.

In response to these needs, we developed a marketing strategy combined with a major overhaul of the online store. We implemented advanced integrations with BaseLinker, process automation and optimized advertising campaigns that significantly increased visibility and conversion. In addition, the brand gained new tools to engage customers: personalized newsletters, social media events and a modern loyalty system. All this makes SEMPRE not only responsive to modern e-Commerce needs, but sets new shopping standards in the fashion industry.

We have developed a new visual identity, staying true to its core values. We retained the recognizable name, while giving it a modern touch through a finely crafted sigil and naming that emphasize the prestige of the brand and reference the best global standards in the fashion industry.

Our goal was to create a symbol that not only attracts attention, but also reflects the aspirations of SEMPRE and its dynamic development. The new identity strengthens the authenticity of the brand, builds visual consistency and ensures continuity in communication. The whole project has been refined in every detail – from the composition of the logo to the design strategy, so that the brand can stand out from the competition and effectively follow the evolution of the fashion market.

Digital fashion shaping the future of e-Commerce.

The new online store, SEMPRE, combines elegant design with advanced technological solutions that streamline the shopping process and increase conversions. Products can be presented not only in the form of images, but also dynamic video reels that automatically play on the listing and product page, enhancing the attractiveness of the offer. Intuitive filtering and sorting allows you to quickly find available products, and the “Add to favorites” option allows you to save selected items for both logged-in users and anonymous customers.

Shopping has become even more convenient with the function of adding products to the shopping cart directly from the listing, where you just need to select a size and the system will automatically suggest complementary styles. The implemented automatic product linkage database allows you to easily manage styles and color variations, making the shopping process even more intuitive.

Personalization and sales automation are key elements of the new e-Commerce SEMPRE. Automated mailings keep customers informed by sending notifications when new collections are added, and a shopping cart save function allows them to return to purchase at any time. We’ve also introduced a loyalty system that rewards active customers, and during promotional campaigns such as Black Week, allows them to earn double points.

To further increase conversions, we have implemented an abandoned cart recovery system that automatically reminds users of unfinished purchases, and a buy styling from photo function allows users to instantly add all items presented in promotional graphics to their shopping cart. Digital gift cards make it quick and convenient to give gifts to loved ones, and dedicated mailing templates personalize brand communications.

With full synchronization with BaseLinker, SEMPRE maximizes operational efficiency, and all implemented functionalities translate into increased sales, improved user experience and optimized conversions. Modern technological solutions, intelligent automation and a comprehensive approach to e-Commerce make the brand not only stand out in the market, but also provide customers with convenience and the highest standard of online shopping.

Expanded Strategy.

In the advertising campaigns for SEMPRE, we focused on making full use of Google Ads and Meta Ads. Our strategy includes developing remarketing, including Google product cards, to create personalized shopping paths. Intensive lead management and targeted product campaigns build relationships with loyal customers, increasing SEMPRE’s visibility and sales growth, underscoring the effectiveness of our marketing strategy.
