The agency provides a 12-month warranty for services related to the contract
The agency undertakes, at its own expense, to repair glaring errors that do not allow normal use of the website
In case of errors caused by the Client, the Agency will repair the errors for an additional fee of 300 PLN net/H
The website made by the Agency will display properly on devices, resolutions and browsers with more than 6% market share
The agency is not responsible for incorrect page display due to server problems or slow page loading
The warranty does not cover subscription-based services such as hosting packages, dedicated mail or domain name
Hosting, domain, mail packages are not refundable, as digital products

Regulated by contract

The Agency will transfer the entirety of the property copyright to the Client without any limitations of time and territory, in all fields of exploitation after the transfer of the finished website in accordance with the Specification attached as Appendix No. 1
The transfer of copyright may take place after full payment for the order issued by the Agency, within the framework of the paid remuneration
The agency allows the client to modify the website, including but not limited to. to make corrections, alterations, changes and adaptations, as well as its individual fragments, without author’s supervision
The Agency has the right to place information with a link to the Agency’s website in the footer section of each subpage
The customer may remove the information with a link to the Agency’s website only after obtaining written permission from the Agency
The Agency has the right to place the Client’s logo with a link to the Client’s website on the Agency’s website in the sections relating to the cooperation with the Client
The client may request the removal of the logo with a link to the client’s site only if the Agency uses it in a blatant and negligent manner

The customer orders the immediate performance of the service contract and acknowledges that he loses his right to withdraw from the contract upon full performance of the service contract
The customer will have the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the date of occurrence of the following reasons: violation by the Agency of the provisions of this Agreement
The customer will pay the Agency statutory interest for late payment of the invoice, for each day of delay, calculated after the due date of payment
In case of delay in relation to the deadline specified in accordance with the contract, the Agency will be obliged to pay the Client a contractual penalty in the amount of 0.2% of the amount of remuneration, for the execution of the entire subject of the contract
