SaaS

SaaS, i.e. Software as a Service, is a model for providing software via the Internet, usually in a subscription manner and without the need to install the entire system on your own server.

What is SaaS?

SaaS, or Software as a Service, provides software as a continuously maintained internet service. The provider manages the application, updates and infrastructure, while customers usually pay a subscription based on a plan or usage. Value comes from sustained use rather than a one-off licence handover.

Product and customer journey

We design the service around a recurring problem for a defined audience. We simplify registration, onboarding and the path to the first useful result. We prioritise features by user value and the business model rather than request volume alone.

Architecture and data

We separate organisations, users, roles and data, and plan for growing demand and database migrations. Backups, recovery, monitoring and availability reflect the importance of the service. Delegating infrastructure does not remove the customer’s responsibility for access configuration and data use.

Subscriptions and integrations

Plans define limits and feature access. Billing accounts for plan changes, periods, taxes and failed payments. APIs, webhooks and integrations use limited permissions, event logs and safe retries.

Evaluation and exit planning

We measure activation, regular use, retention, subscription revenue and service costs. Registration alone is not success. Before choosing a provider, we review data control, export, storage region, availability commitments and process portability. We also monitor licence usage, price changes, incidents and recovery.

Our approach at PAR HOUSE Agency

We connect the business model, user journey, architecture and operations panel. Project-specific code integrates automation, AI, payments and analytics. We develop services for speed, maintainability and safe growth, documenting dependencies and migration options.
