A new store on Shopify.
From design to migration.
Store migration to Shopify
Your brand.
A completely new shopping experience.
We redesign your store from the first impression and collection presentation to product pages, the cart and after-sales service. Migration to Shopify combines bespoke design, custom code and organised data.
We preserve your brand’s character while building navigation, content and features around how your customers shop. The store should look good, make choosing easier and give your team practical tools for everyday work.

UX and UI design
From the first screen
to the final step of a purchase.
We develop a visual direction for your brand: typography, colours, composition, photography, animation and interactions. The homepage, collections, categories, search results, product pages and cart are designed as a coherent whole.
We organise menus, filters and selection paths. In fashion, these may follow a collection, cut, size or occasion. In interiors, a room, material or dimension. Every grouping comes from your actual catalogue.
We treat mobile as a complete shopping experience. We check variant selection, information clarity, buttons and the journey from a campaign visit to an order.
Custom code
Features tailored to your store.
Designed and coded by us.
We build features in custom code and use Shopify’s capabilities. We do not assemble stores from a stack of ready-made apps. Scope, maintenance costs and required external services are agreed before work begins.
We implement a bespoke interface in Shopify theme code. Sections, templates and settings let your team update content, collections and campaign materials independently.
We design variant selection, size guides, galleries, materials, care information, availability and lead times. Made-to-measure products can have a configurator based on agreed selection and pricing rules.
We can build a custom wishlist, back-in-stock notifications and routes back to previously viewed products. Feature behaviour and communication are defined for each store.
We develop loyalty programmes, points, tiers and custom account views. We connect them with the catalogue and order service so the relationship with your brand continues after purchase.
Within the agreed scope, we implement recommendations, shopping messages and a virtual fitting room. The interface, information and catalogue experience are tailored to your brand.
We build custom connections to CRM, ERP, inventory, suppliers and marketing tools. We define data flow, synchronisation frequency and error handling.
LE POSSÉ
How we develop
our own brand on Shopify.
LE POSSÉ belongs to the same company as PAR HOUSE Agency. It illustrates our approach to store design and development: a distinctive interface combined with custom shopping features and operational tools.
Our work includes wishlists, availability notifications, Maison.92 Club, after-sales service and AI solutions. This example shows what bespoke implementation can offer. For your brand, we select the scope that meets its needs.
Data migration
We map products, variants, SKUs, prices, stock, images, descriptions and additional fields. We define how to transfer collections, categories and product relationships.
We review available exports and options for importing customer and order data. We agree on the history to retain, record relationships and how accounts will be activated on the new platform.
We transfer agreed information pages, editorial materials and collection content. We adapt them to the new structure while preserving useful information and logical links between pages.
We analyse promotions, codes, bundles, thresholds and sales conditions. Agreed rules are recreated in Shopify or custom solutions, checking compatibility with the target platform.
We perform a trial transfer first. We compare record counts, variants, images and relationships, resolving differences before the final synchronisation.
Every product and relationship
has its place.
We start by reviewing the current store, defining what to transfer, what to organise and which features need a new solution.
Visibility and speed
Clear for customers.
Prepared for search engines and AI.
We prepare a URL map and 301 redirects. We transfer agreed metadata and organise headings, collection descriptions, internal links and product data. After launch, we check errors and indexing.
We structure information so search engines and AI tools can read it. Products, variants, availability and purchase conditions are described clearly and consistently.
We optimise images, asset loading and interface code. We check PageSpeed Insights and real mobile journeys to improve speed while retaining design quality.
Sales and operations
A store ready
for everyday work.
We configure agreed payments, shipping, taxes, the domain and transactional messages. We design information about availability, lead times, returns and complaints, with convenient routes to after-sales service.
For international sales, we prepare markets, languages, currencies and appropriate content. Translation scope and sales rules for each market are agreed before implementation.
We implement agreed analytics: GA4, purchase-stage measurement, product catalogues and advertising integrations. We account for consent settings and check that events are recorded correctly.
From idea to launch
We learn about the brand, catalogue, current features and goals. We define the structure, migration data, custom functionality and acceptance criteria.
We prepare UX and UI, then implement the theme, sections and agreed features. The new store is built alongside ongoing sales.
We check mobile and desktop, variants, cart, payments, shipping, messages, integrations and redirects. We agree on final data synchronisation, the switchover date and a rollback plan.
After launch, we check store operation, provide instructions and train the team. Support and further improvements are planned around actual use.
One project.
From analysis to store handover.
Questions and answers
What should we agree
before migration?
Yes. Our approach to Shopify migration includes bespoke design and implementation of a new shopping experience. Specific screens, features and materials are recorded in the project scope.
We design and code our own features while also using native Shopify capabilities. We do not add a ready-made app for every need. Required external service connections and costs are discussed before work begins.
These include WooCommerce, PrestaShop and custom platforms. The migration approach and scope depend on the data and functions available in the current store.
Most work takes place in parallel. At the end, we plan change synchronisation and the domain switchover. Any short technical maintenance window is agreed in advance.
We do not guarantee unchanged rankings. We prepare redirects, metadata, content and technical SEO to reduce risk, then check indexing and errors after launch.
The number of screens, data quality, variants, languages, custom features and integrations. After analysis, we present a scope and schedule. The Shopify subscription, translations and external service costs are agreed separately.
Yes. We provide editable sections and settings, instructions and training on products, collections, content and everyday operations. Post-launch support is defined in the proposal.
