Natalia Kutyła
From visual direction and the first ebook to advanced Shopify commerce, education and consultation operations. Natalia’s brand grows as one coherent system of knowledge, communication and sales.
An expert brand developed consistently over time
Our partnership began during an early stage of Natalia's brand. We developed the visual direction, social media creative work and a way of presenting specialist knowledge in an approachable form. We managed the communication schedule and profile development that built an Instagram community exceeding 45 thousand followers.
Together we created the first ebook and further educational materials. PAR HOUSE Agency also designed and built the first store generation on WordPress and WooCommerce. Communication, education and commerce were connected from the beginning instead of being treated as separate activities.
The next stage was a new Shopify platform. Customers, orders, the offer and access to purchased materials were migrated. The store received a complete redesign and custom code supporting physical products, ebooks, training, consultations and continued growth without sacrificing speed or consistency.

Training products were moved from EasyTools to Shopify. Customers retain convenient access to purchased content and the system also supports recurring payments. Digital products are delivered automatically while cart logic and recommendations understand different audiences and offer contexts.
An extensive Knowledge Base and Glossary organise Natalia's expertise. Content supports customer decisions, internal linking, SEO and visibility in AI answer systems. Polish and English versions follow the same architecture while multiple currencies support international sales.
The project also covers newsletters, welcome journeys, abandoned cart recovery, social media communication and advertising campaigns. A consultation operations area integrated with Google services is the next layer, organising schedules and daily work.
Natalia Kutyła's new Shopify platform
The complete website combines products, consumer education, professional materials and the personal character of the brand.
Content, recommendations and buying journeys guide distinct audiences towards the correct part of the offer without mixing their needs.
Knowledge, community and commerce in one ecosystem
Continuity is the greatest value of the project. We understand the earlier decisions, audiences and Natalia's working model, so each new implementation builds on existing knowledge. The new Shopify platform uses lessons from the first store, community growth and real customer needs.
Custom code reduces dependency on unnecessary applications, improves performance and enables precise development of the user experience. The website is prepared for mobile devices, SEO and AI agents, while the administration remains intuitive for daily work.
The result is a platform that sells products and access to knowledge, supports consultations, organises years of expertise and gives the brand a stable foundation for future programmes.
