Case study

LE POSSÉ®

LE POSSÉ is developed within our own company. Strategy, design, commerce and operations therefore form one digital product that we shape from creative decisions to back office automation.

A company brand built as a complete ecosystem

LE POSSÉ is not a conventional client project. The brand belongs to the same company as PAR HOUSE Agency, which makes our responsibility complete. We connect strategy, identity, visual direction, communication, Shopify commerce, campaigns, customer care and operations.

The store received a proprietary custom coded theme, multilingual content, multiple currencies, an enhanced customer account, wishlist and back in stock notifications. Maison.92 Club includes statuses, points and digital cards, helping the relationship continue beyond a single order.

We created return, complaint and additional post purchase service journeys. Newsletter automation, welcome messages, abandoned cart recovery and transactional communication belong to one consistent experience. The next stage includes a Knowledge Base, Glossary and materials explaining garment care and fabric use.

The operational foundation is IIG OS, our proprietary operations engine and AI environment. It connects Shopify, customers, orders, returns, wishlists, notifications, loyalty, communication, catalogue, inventory, production, finance, marketing and analytics.

We implemented automated GS1 product registration, EAN and SKU management, label generation and a proprietary MODIVO integration through Mirakl. Fulfilment processes connect with DPD, InPost, Base and other providers while Product Master organises product information.

Finance combines sales analysis after returns, liabilities, documents and reference data used for decisions. Confidential values are never published, but the case study can present process architecture, data quality controls and the way information moves between modules.

Shopify as the public layer of a larger system

The complete store presents the brand world, collections, content, loyalty and a simple buying journey supported by an extensive operational foundation.

Technology supports the experience without dominating it. Customers see a coherent brand while the team receives the information and tools required for continued growth.

AI supporting customers and daily operations

An AI agent supports LE POSSÉ customers, PAR HOUSE Agency visitors and the team using the operational platform. It helps people find information, understand products, prepare answers and reach the correct action. Data changing operations remain controlled and require appropriate permissions.

Communication Hub centralises mailboxes and service history while AI Inbox recognises documents, removes duplicates, proposes field mapping and shows differences before saving. Central notifications, tasks, operation logs and roles make it possible to manage a complex environment without losing accountability.

LE POSSÉ demonstrates how a brand, store and operational platform can function as one continuously developed system. The public experience remains simple and visual while catalogue, fulfilment, communication and analytics complexity is handled in the background.
