3. Scope of these terms

These terms govern orders for websites, extras, hosting and assistance with registering or connecting a domain.

Before placing an order, the Client can review the package, scope, net price, VAT, gross price, recurring charges and these terms. Acceptance of these terms is required to place an order.

4. Technical requirements

  1. Use of the Website requires a current web browser, an internet connection, JavaScript and cookie support, and an active email address.
  2. The Client must protect their device, mailbox and credentials. PAR HOUSE Agency never asks for passwords to be published in publicly accessible website content.
  3. Files submitted through the form must meet the displayed format and size limits. They are stored outside the public media library and can be accessed only by authorised people handling the order.

5. Website packages

  1. The landing page package includes one sales page and cookie page configuration. It is intended for a single offer, campaign or straightforward sales goal.
  2. The business website package covers an expanded company website. Selecting more than two pages changes the landing page package to the business website package. The package price includes up to six pages.
  3. Each page above six costs an additional PLN 69 net unless the order summary states otherwise.
  4. The e Commerce package covers WordPress, WooCommerce and store configuration within the offer description. Product quantity and migration scope follow the order description or a separate agreement.
  5. Each package includes an individual design, custom code, project appropriate motion, technical optimisation, core SEO configuration and a structure readable by search engines and AI systems. This does not guarantee any ranking or visibility result.

6. Extras

  1. The single product sales module costs PLN 299 net, may be added once and is unavailable as an extra for the e Commerce package.
  2. A knowledge base costs PLN 99 net, an industry glossary costs PLN 99 net and search costs PLN 59 net unless the order drawer states otherwise.
  3. Extras are delivered from the information and materials included in the brief. Expansion beyond the described extra requires a separate quote.

7. Ordering and contract formation

  1. The Client selects a package, page count, hosting, domain status and extras, then completes the brief, contact details and invoice details if required.
  2. Before the order is placed, the drawer shows the net price, VAT and gross total. The Client can change the configuration and remove extras before selecting the button clearly indicating an obligation to pay.
  3. Selecting Order and pay submits a paid order and redirects the Client to the payment operator.
  4. The contract is formed after payment has been successfully made and confirmed by the payment operator. Confirmation is sent to the email address supplied by the Client.
  5. An unpaid drawer or failed payment does not start fulfilment. Drawer data may remain saved to enable completion, in accordance with the privacy policy and the consents given.

8. Prices, VAT and payment

  1. Prices displayed with packages are net prices. VAT and the complete gross price are shown before payment.
  2. Payments are handled by Przelewy24. Available methods may include bank transfer, card, BLIK, PayPo, PayPal or instalments, depending on the methods active for the transaction.
  3. The gross total from the current order summary is sent to the payment operator. Payment status is verified server side.
  4. Invoices are issued using the Client details supplied. The Client is responsible for their accuracy and should verify any data retrieved from the Polish GUS register before ordering.

9. Brief and materials

  1. The Client supplies at least company details for publication, contact details, a short company description, services and audience, visual preferences and all materials required for delivery.
  2. For the single product module, the Client should provide a title, price, short description and a product file or product image.
  3. For e Commerce, the Client should provide a complete XLSX, XLS or CSV sheet containing product titles, prices, short descriptions, variants and variant prices, plus required images and files.
  4. If a required file is not uploaded with the form, it may be supplied later. The delivery deadline starts only after all materials have been received.
  5. PAR HOUSE Agency may request corrected or additional materials if they are incomplete, inconsistent, damaged or technically unusable.

10. One Business Day deadline

  1. The website in one Business Day guarantee concerns preparation of the First Complete Version within the paid scope.
  2. The deadline begins only when all conditions have been met together: payment has been confirmed, the complete brief has been received, every required file and material has been received and all required access has been provided.
  3. The First Complete Version will be prepared no later than the end of the Business Day following the day on which all conditions are met. Conditions met on a non working day are treated as met on the next Business Day.
  4. If delay is caused solely by PAR HOUSE Agency, the Client may request a refund of the implementation price covered by the guarantee. The refund excludes used third party services, a registered domain and activated hosting unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
  5. The guarantee does not cover delay caused by incomplete materials, late access, a scope change, a failure of the Client provider, a domain or payment operator, force majeure, or a legal or security issue that must first be resolved.

11. Cooperation and Client delay

  1. The Client responds, supplies materials and grants access in a way that enables secure delivery.
  2. Any Client delay moves the deadline accordingly. Once missing items are supplied, the one Business Day deadline starts again after completeness is confirmed.
  3. When using their own hosting, the Client supplies valid access and ensures that the environment meets the requirements of WordPress and the solutions used.
  4. An inability to deploy to the final hosting does not prevent preparation. PAR HOUSE Agency may deliver the website under its temporary domain and thereby meet the deadline.

12. Hosting

  1. PAR HOUSE Agency hosting is annual. It costs PLN 99 net per year for a landing page, PLN 199 net per year for a business website and PLN 299 net per year for e Commerce unless the order summary states otherwise.
  2. The first hosting fee is added when PAR HOUSE Agency hosting is selected. Further periods require renewal and payment of the current fee disclosed before renewal.
  3. Failure to renew may result in suspension after prior notice. The Client should retain copies of business materials, customer databases and files supplied to the system.
  4. With Client hosting, cost, availability, backups and environment support remain the Client responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

13. Domain

  1. The Client indicates whether they have a domain or want assistance registering one. Selecting assistance does not itself register a domain.
  2. PAR HOUSE Agency contacts the Client to confirm availability, name, registrant details, registration price and renewal price. Domain cost is charged only after express agreement or a separate summary.
  3. The domain may be registered to the Client or managed by PAR HOUSE Agency as agreed. The Client is responsible for accurate registrant details and timely renewal.
  4. Until the final domain is connected, the website may operate under a temporary PAR HOUSE Agency address.

14. Development and delivery

  1. The website is built on WordPress using ACF and custom code, and for e Commerce also WooCommerce, unless the order description states otherwise.
  2. PAR HOUSE Agency may use automation and AI tools for design, editing, code preparation, analysis and quality control. PAR HOUSE Agency remains responsible for final delivery.
  3. Delivery occurs through publication under the agreed address, access to a temporary version or transfer of administrative access, depending on hosting and domain status.
  4. The First Complete Version is implementation of the brief, not a draft. Later changes outside the brief may require a new quote and deadline.

15. Review, corrections and acceptance

  1. The Client should review the website promptly, especially content, contact details, prices, forms, links and company data.
  2. Technical defects and differences from the paid brief are corrected without an additional fee within a reasonable period.
  3. A new concept, additional features, new pages, extra products, new content or replacement materials after work begins constitute a scope change and may require an additional fee.
  4. Acceptance does not limit mandatory Consumer rights or the right to complain.

  1. After full payment the Client receives the right to use the final website to operate, publish offers, sell and promote the brand.
  2. Transfer of economic copyright or the granted licence may be specified in the confirmation or a separate agreement. Third party fonts, stock assets, plugins and libraries remain subject to their own licences.
  3. PAR HOUSE Agency retains rights to its own tools, libraries, reusable modules, know how and technical elements developed independently of the specific order.

18. SEO, AI and business results

  1. Optimisation covers technical and structural work available in the selected package. Visibility also depends on competition, domain history, content, links, budget, algorithm changes and Client activity.
  2. PAR HOUSE Agency does not guarantee a Google ranking, selection of the brand by an AI model, traffic volume, conversions or sales value.
